Containerboard is a paper, especially produced for the manufacturing of corrugated board. There are two types of containerboard: liners (linerboard) and flutings (corrugated medium).

The fluting is formed to waves (corrugated) which then will be glued to one or two flat boards (liners). The containerboard can consist of several layers.
Liners and flutings are produced of either virgin- or recycled fibres, or a combination of both virgin and recycled fibres – for different packaging purposes.
